Ernesto to pass before Regional Regatta
30 August 2006Looks like we got lucky in the US with Ernesto. At 8 am winds were down to 40mph. Lots of rain. In Charleston our worst day is expected to be Thursday so it should be fine for our SE regional regatta Saturday and Sunday at James Island Yacht Club. Since some have held off sending in their registration waiting to see what the weather would do, late fees will be waived. Just come on and be careful if you have to drive in rain. If you let me know you are coming I will go ahead and put you in the computer. Don’t forget we have two spots in the 2007 Worlds up for grabs.
